The business operating system.

Conduit turns your company's repetitive office work into workflows you can run, schedule and watch step by step. Describe the work once, and it runs from then on.

How Conduit fits together

Your business, organised the way it already works.

Each company gets its own space. A company holds processes; each process groups workflows; a workflow is steps joined by arrows. A trigger starts it, its steps call AI agents, recordings, web services and other workflows, and every run is traced step by step.

How it works

From a repetitive task to a workflow that runs itself.

01 · Start

Choose what starts the work

Run a workflow with one click, on a schedule, when another system calls it, or when an email lands in a mailbox. Conduit asks for any inputs the run needs and shows which steps use them.

  • Run on demand
  • Schedules
  • Webhooks
  • Email inbox
02 · Build

Draw the work on a canvas

Drag steps onto the canvas and join them with arrows. Add conditions that branch, loops that repeat until a rule holds, retries and timeouts for slow systems, and a fallback path for when something fails, so a run never just stops.

  • Conditions
  • Loops
  • Retries & timeouts
  • Fallback paths
03 · Do the work

Let AI and recordings handle the hard parts

AI agents do the judgement steps: reading an invoice, sorting an email, drafting a reply, matching a bank line. Each agent has instructions, worked examples and a fixed answer format, so later steps always get what they expect.

Recordings handle websites with no API. Record a task once, like signing in to a portal, mark what success and failure look like, and Conduit replays it with screenshots of every step.

04 · Watch

See every run, step by step

A live panel shows where each run is, what every step received and what it produced. Every run is kept in history, so you can always see what happened, when and why.

  • Live progress
  • Inputs & outputs
  • Screenshots
  • Full history

How we look at your business

We map the work as it is, then hand it to Conduit.

ARQ sits down with your team, follows a process from start to finish, and finds every step that is retyping, chasing or checking. Those steps become a workflow in Conduit. People stay in charge of the decisions that need them.

Before · supplier invoices

  1. Someone opens the email and downloads the invoice
  2. Retypes the details into a spreadsheet
  3. Checks it against the purchase order
  4. Chases the manager for approval
  5. Captures it in the accounting system
  6. Logs in to the bank and pays

After · with Conduit

  1. Email arrives and the run starts by itself
  2. An AI agent reads the invoice
  3. The order is matched automatically
  4. The manager approves in one tap
  5. It's captured and paid by the workflow
  6. Everything is recorded in the run history

Features

Everything a workflow needs to run on its own.

Visual builder

Drag, connect and rearrange steps on a full-screen canvas. Start from a template or a blank page.

AI agents

Agents read, decide and draft, with instructions, examples and a fixed answer format. They can use your workflows as tools.

Website recordings

Record a task on any website once. Replay it on our server or in a person's own browser, with success and failure outcomes.

Built-in reliability

Retries, timeouts, loops and fallback paths keep work moving when a system is slow or a step fails.

Encrypted secrets

Passwords and keys are encrypted, never shown again after saving, and masked everywhere in run history.

Roles for your team

Owners build, operators run workflows without editing them, and viewers see everything read-only.

Run history

Every run is traced step by step and kept, with inputs, outputs and screenshots.

Reusable blocks

Save steps you use often as blocks, and share workflows through a shared library.

Triggers

Start runs by hand, on a schedule, from a webhook or when an email arrives.

What it can run

Real office work, automated.

A few of the workflows Conduit runs today. Every business is different; we build the ones that matter to yours.

Finance

Supplier invoices, inbox to payment

Invoices are read from email, matched, approved and paid, with every step on record.

Finance

Weekly bank reconciliation

Statement lines are matched to open invoices, and anything uncertain is flagged for a person.

Operations

New customer onboarding

A web form starts the run: the customer is checked, set up and welcomed automatically.

Management

Morning operations brief

Weather, exchange rates and holidays are gathered in parallel and summarised for the team.

HR & payroll

Month-end payroll exceptions

Signs in to the payroll portal, waits for the report and flags exceptions. It moves itself around public holidays.
